چکیده
The formation of myocardial dysfunction in neonatal sepsis remains a topical issue current practice. Myocardial with is found to promote double increase loss rate, and maintenance an adequate cardiac output very important predictor for survival patients sepsis. Purpose - study clinico-paraclinical markers case alternative term debut timely verification rational correction cardiovascular disorders. Materials methods. Considering various terms manifestation its early late variants, comparative analysis clinical-paraclinical generalized infectious-inflammatory process was made 26 neonates at the stage obstetrical aid (retrospective analysis) intensive care departments their resuscitation (prospective follow-up). According results medical records newborns, diagnosis established 14 (53.8%) newborns who were included clinical group I study, 12 (46.2%) II. Results. After birth general condition from assessed as moderate severity 1 (7.1%) severe 13 (92.9%) neonates; II 2 (16.7%) (р>0.05) 10 (83.3%) (р>0.05). Assessment constituent groups comparison according constellation scale nSOFA means values did not differ reliably, though it indicative tendency deeper disorders Conclusions. Sepsis-induced manifested by content cardio-specific (creatine phosphokinase, МВ fraction, troponin I). Epidemiology of sepsis and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in children.
STUDY OBJECTIVES To determine the cumulated incidence and the density of incidence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), sepsis, severe sepsis, septic shock, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in critically ill children; to distinguish patients with primary from those with secondary MODS. DESIGN Prospective cohort study. SETTING Pediatric ICU of a university hospita...
متن کاملOrgan dysfunction as a new standard for defining sepsis
Despite advances in intensive care and the widespread use of standardized care included in the Surviving Sepsis Campaign Guidelines, sepsis remains a leading cause of death, and the prevalence of sepsis increases concurrent with the aging process. The diagnosis of sepsis was originally based on the evidence of persistent bacteremia (septicemia) but was modified in 1992 to incorporate systemic i...
متن کاملThe evolution and therapy aspects in multiple organ dysfunction sepsis
Background Severe sepsis was the subject of intense debate over the years, and in the last twenty years there has been a constant effort to identify therapies that reduce mortality. Although the inflammatory response is often adapted to the etiologic agent and to the increase of the mediators in association with organ dysfunction, it is not currently possible to rapidly assess the patients’ abi...
متن کامل[Myocardial dysfunction in sepsis].
Myocardial dysfunction appears in 25% of patients with severe sepsis and in 50% of patients with septic shock, even in the presence of hyper dynamic states. It is characterized by a reduction in left ventricle ejection fraction, that reverts at the seventh to tenth day of evolution. Right ventricular dysfunction and diastolic left ventricular dysfunction can also appear. There is no consensus i...
متن کاملMicrovascular dysfunction as a cause of organ dysfunction in severe sepsis
Reduced microvascular perfusion has been implicated in organ dysfunction and multiple organ failure associated with severe sepsis. The precise mechanisms underlying microvascular dysfunction remain unclear, but there are considerable experimental data showing reduced microcirculatory flow, particularly of small vessels, and increased heterogeneity. With the development of newer imaging techniqu...
